All members are encouraged to join the FPES board and guest speakers on these quarterly Zoom round table events for the latest FPES news. Each will focus on a different topic. Submit topics for consideration and questions to Karen Tower.

Jan. 30, 2026, 10-11 a.m. – NIE Week 2026

June 5, 2026 – 2025-2026 school year wrap-up and Back-to-School 2026-2027 (This will be a hybrid meeting held during the 2026 FPES Summer Training Conference)

Aug. TBD, 2026 – Back-to-School 2026-2027 and Election 2026

Nov. TBD, 2026 – End-of-Year fundraising (This will be a hybrid meeting held during the 2026 FPES Fall Training/Business Meeting)

2026 FPES Summer Training Conference
June 4-5, 2026
Hilton Resort in Disney Springs

This two-day conference will be held in conjunction with the 2026 Florida Media Conference, hosted by the Florida Press Foundation in partnership with the Florida Press Association, Florida Advertising and Marketing Executives, Florida Magazine Association, and the Florida Society of News Editors. FPES members receive a substantial discount on conference registration fees and lodging. Travel scholarships are available to FPES members.
